my grandfather is actually a pretty good chef, but he usually doesn't do the cooking. every once in a while though, he does. this is an image of one of his signature dishes, which no other place i've found does as well as he does. offals cooked in ginger infused sesame oil and rice wine. in the picture above are pig kidneys, rooster gonads, and i believe pig intestine lining (though i'm not exactly sure of the translation). yum.
