signed a 3 month lease

I just signed a 3 month lease for a small studio in Taipei.  It's not big, but the cost is only 1/3 of the rent of my apt in LA.  It's across the street from the Ambassador Hotel & other fancy places like the LV store, close to public transit (both buses and MRT), and the local night market has awesome food.  It's also right next to the Mr.Brown's Coffee (Taiwanese Starbuck's), which offers free Wifi and plugs.   A great view of the Ambassador hotel.  Air conditioning.   And the 3rd floor is empty most of the time.   A perfect office  :)
